What happens after I submit a request?
Submitting a request does not automatically mean that the matter has been accepted.
After you submit your request and documents, we will review the information to determine whether the matter is suitable for the selected digital service.
If accepted, you will receive payment instructions and the matter will proceed once payment and any outstanding information have been received.
If the matter is not suitable for the selected service, we will let you know and, where appropriate, suggest an alternative service or provide a separate quote.
How is the 48-Hour Guarantee calculated?
Our 48-Hour Guarantee applies to the standard delivery of legal advice after your request has been accepted, payment has been received, and all required documents and information have been provided.
The delivery period is calculated across two standard working days, excluding weekends and NSW public holidays.
If additional information or documents are required before we can commence the review, the delivery period will commence once the required information has been received.
Will the real estate agent, broker or banker see my legal advice?
No.
Your legal advice and written risk assessment remain confidential between you and ANZ International, subject to applicable legal obligations.
If you choose to provide the details of a nominated agent, broker or other property professional, they may receive an automated milestone notification confirming that you have submitted a digital service request.
The notification does not include your legal advice, contract comments or confidential legal information.
Can ANZ International help with matters outside the digital service?
Yes.
ANZ International continues to provide conventional legal services for matters that are unsuitable for the Digital Conveyancing platform, including complex property transactions, development matters, disputes and other legal work.
If your matter does not fit one of the digital products, please contact us for an assessment or separate quotation.
What happens if my contract is too complex for a standard digital review?
Every request is reviewed for suitability before the relevant legal work commences.
If the matter involves complex title structures, commercial elements, substantial development issues, unusual contractual terms, disputes or other matters outside the standard digital scope, we may decline the request or recommend a separate legal service or quotation.
Can I ask questions by phone or WeChat during the review?
The Digital Conveyancing service is designed to be completed primarily through the online portal and email.
The fixed-fee service does not include unlimited telephone, WeChat or face-to-face consultations.
If your matter requires substantial discussion or additional legal advice outside the selected service, we may recommend a separate consultation or quotation.
Can I upgrade to traditional conveyancing at any time?
Yes. You can request to upgrade from a Digital Conveyancing service to our traditional conveyancing service at any time.
Please contact us to discuss your needs. We will explain the service scope and any additional fees before you decide to proceed.

What is the $99 P1 Contract Review?
The P1 Contract Review is a fixed-fee pre-purchase legal review for one standard NSW residential Contract for Sale.
We review the contract and, where provided by you, relevant building and strata reports. We identify key legal and contractual risks that may affect your decision to make an offer or proceed with the purchase.
The service is designed to give you a concise written risk assessment before you commit to the property.
Does the P1 review include contract changes or negotiations?
No.
P1 is a pre-purchase contract review and risk assessment. It does not include contract amendments, negotiation with the vendor or the vendor's solicitor, or preparation of a Section 66W certificate.
If you require standard contract amendments or related assistance, please select P2 Contract Review + Amendments ($159 incl. GST).
Can I use P1 or P2 after contracts have already been exchanged?
Generally, no.
P1 and P2 are designed for pre-purchase review before exchange.
If you have already exchanged contracts, please contact us or select the appropriate post-exchange conveyancing service.
Can I submit more than one version of the contract?
The standard P1 and P2 services relate to one property and one contract review.
If the contract is materially amended or a new contract version requires a further substantive review, additional work may require a new service request or separate quotation.
What happens if I decide not to buy the property after the review?
The purpose of P1 and P2 is to help you make an informed decision before proceeding with the purchase.
You are not required to proceed with the purchase simply because you have obtained a contract review.
The fixed fee covers the legal work described for the selected service, whether or not you ultimately purchase the property.
